#1 Never argue with an idiot. People who are watching may not be able to tell the difference!
How often do you want to argue your point, just so you can say I told you so? How often do you feel like you need to have the last word? As a leader, you need to recognize that sometimes it is ok to let your people voice their opinion, right or wrong. As a leader you need to recognize that it what you do and not what you say that makes the difference. Don't argue, act. The rest will fall in place.
